To assist members to achieve business excellence through training, mechanisation and system implementation.
   
   

Roles


To organize skills tests and training courses to upgrade the skills and knowledge of the workers, supervisors and management.
 


To advise and assist members on mechanization with the assistance of the EDB, MNCs and government agencies.
   


To encourage business collaboration by getting the EDB, MNCs and members to network and to exchange information and explore new business opportunities, products, services and technologies.
   
   

Organization Structure of ASPRI



Managed by a team, the ASPRI Executive Council, sits at highest level of authority within the Association. It determines the directions and establishes policies. These high-level management executives are volunteers elected by the Association's members to serve a 2-year term. An Executive Director heads the Secretariat.

  Working with the ASPRI Executive Council is a group of advisors with representatives from MNCs such as ExxonMobil, Shell, Shell Chemicals Seraya, Invista Sinagpore, Singapore Refining Co. Pte Ltd (SRC) and Singapore Petrochemical Complex (SPC). Also acting as partners to the Association are representatives from Economic Development Board (EDB), Ministry of Manpower (MOM), SPRING Singapore, IE Singapore, Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and Institute of Technical Education. (ITE).
