Dear Valued ASPRI Members,

HR Leadership in the Future Economy

On behalf of Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI), we would like to inform you that SHRI would be holding a seminar on HR Leadership in the Future Economy. The highlight of the event would be a dialogue session with Minister Josephine Teo to discuss on issues relating to Human Capital.

As Singapore undergoes its next phase of growth, HR professionals have a critical responsibility to unlock the potential of people in driving business transformation. Through exemplary human capital strategies and organisational practices, HR can play a pivotal role in the nation’s transformation journey, ensure long-term employability of the workforce and create better jobs, now and in the future.

As we urge our workforce to upskill and reskill, HR professionals too must strategically partner their businesses through a challenging transition. They must provide solutions to strengthen human capital and cope with a changing employment landscape, shifting demographics and a manpower-lean economy.
