Dear Valued ASPRI Members,

AEC – Impact to Singapore Process Industry

ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is an important initiative for Singapore and the region, most of our members acknowledge that the outcome of AEC as a regional centre for services such as capital, finance, legal and accounting, will have tremendous impact to Singapore’s Energy & Chemicals and accompanying process industry; in terms of movement of skilled labour and other resources.

With that in mind, ASPRI has collaborated with AEC to bring to you a dialogue session where you get to seek answers to questions like,

  • free flow of goods and services (engineering),
  • investment and capital facilitation,
  • type of level playing field with technological services,
  • deployment of PCM Work Permit holders in other ASEAN countries
  • access to larger markets and production base
