Engagement Session with SPS Low Yen Ling on MOM’s initiatives to promote Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs)

We are pleased to invite you to a networking and dialogue session on MOM’s initiatives to promote FWA with Ms Low Yen Ling, Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Education; organised by the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI).

Companies have to confront the reality of an ageing work force. Those who fail to tap on this valuable source of manpower are likely to face a talent shortage.  Innovative and flexible solutions are key to meeting the challenges of the changing work force.

Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) refer to work arrangements where employers and employees agree to a variation from the usual work arrangement that creates a win-win situation for both parties. Through this arrangement, learn how you can:

  1. Increase in efficiency and productivity
  2. Increase in talent selection and talent retention
  3. Cost savings
  4. Greater employee morale and decrease in attrition rate
