HR Business Partner Forum 2018

HR Business Partner Forum 2018

HR Business Partners are fundamental to both strategic and operational HR. Digitisation has impacted the entire gamut of HR function and the HRBP role is no different. Now more than ever, HRBPs play a critical role as future-ready strategic partners in actively innovating and shaping positive changes that support business growth and human capital development.

ASPRI is proud to be the Supporting Organisation for the HR Business Partner Forum 2018 where it will offer practical insights from the industry’s top thought leaders and explore human resource and management capabilities that support business success so that Singapore can continue to have an innovative and resilient workforce on the global stage. The forum will be geared towards identifying pressing issues across organisations of all levels, including SMEs and start-ups, and bridge the gap between HR and business objectives. As a Supporting Organisation, all ASPRI Members enjoy a preferential rate of only $65.

In a joint research partnership with Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) and Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI), the ‘Future-Readiness’ survey will present first-hand findings on building the ‘right’ organisation culture. Addressing this vital need, the research survey will also identify the key opportunities and challenges for organisations wishing to position themselves as future-ready. A panel discussion on ‘Transforming HR: Creating Future-Ready Businesses’ will cover how tomorrow’s HR leaders must strategically partner business leaders in developing a future-ready workforce that can contribute to the next phase of Singapore’s growth. Businesses operate in a dynamic environment today. In an ever-changing economic landscape, HR leaders as business partners need to play a more proactive role in anticipating the skills of the future, supporting the business by upscaling the skill of talents and effectively reequipping them to achieve business goals.
