While it is the employer’s responsibility to ensure that their HR practices are compliant with the Employment Act, most SMEs are not sure exactly what this entails. Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) cordially invite you to attend the seminar which will provide you with an overview of and critical updates on the Employment Act, including the penalties for non-compliance and the resources available to assess your company policies against the required regulatory requirements.
