Seminar on Oil Price Rout and Its Impacts on Singapore

25/02/2016- 25/02/2016

Dear All Valued ASPRI Members,

As part of ASPRI’s ongoing pursuit to bring more value-added services to our members, ASPRI would like to share the seminar organised by Singapore Business Federation (SBF) on “Oil Price Rout and Its Impacts on Singapore” with the update on the current oil price and its impacts on Singapore and businesses.

With the Iranian oil coming on board after the lifting of sanctions coupled with the recent Saudi and Iran’s issues, the impacts would definitely be felt strongly by the region. As on now, the price hovered well under the high of almost USD115 per barrel in June 2014 and OPEC countries do not appear to have any plans to reduce production in the months ahead.

What will happen next? Would the recent crisis in the Middle East another contributing factor to the drop? What do these new prices mean for Singaporean companies?

The Singapore Business Federation, together with their esteemed speakers who are leaders from the oil and gas industry jointly invite Singapore businesses to come together and learn about what are the impacts for Singapore companies.
