ASPRI New Members
ASPRI is continuously working to connect, engage and grow the Process Construction and Maintenance (PCM) sector. One of our initiatives is to provide a platform for new members to introduce themselves to their fellow peers.

Enhanced R1 Framework
The Government continues to review the Process Sector’s R1 Framework to uplift the sector’s workforce quality and reduce reliance on manpower. The Enhanced R1 framework has been announced and will be implemented no earlier than 1 Jan 2026, to facilitate a smooth transition for process firms.
ASPRI – PARTNERING THE PROCESS INDUSTRY
Established in 1997, the Association of Process Industry (ASPRI) is a membership-based trade association that represents the interest of companies in Singapore’s Process Industry. This includes the petroleum, petrochemical, specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical sectors. Our membership comprises mainly Engineering Service Providers (ESPs) that support the Process Industry in the areas of plant maintenance and plant construction.
ASPRI - INSTITUTE OF PROCESS INDUSTRY (ASPRI-IPI)
ASPRI-IPI is the training division of ASPRI. ASPRI collaborated with the Workforce Singapore (formerly WDA) to establish the ASPRI-Institute of Process Industry (ASPRI-IPI) in December 2008. The Institute was set up to upgrade the skills and knowledge of workforce in the Process Industry and offers nationally recognized and comprehensive training and placement programmes for the Process Industry.
ASPRI-WESTLITE DORMITORY-PAPAN
Located at Jalan Papan, ASPRI-Westlite Dormitory-Papan is Singapore’s first integrated and purpose-built workers accommodation. Embodying the concept of Live, Learn and Play, the full-fledged dormitory is a one stop spot for workers in the Process Construction and Maintenance (“PCM”) industry.
