18/10/2019- 18/10/2019

‘There is no secret to success, only a system to success’, Mr. Kan Kok Heng, Specialist CFO from RVP Capital shared with the audience.

With the year coming to an end, it is indeed key for members to start planning their finances for a successful 2020. With the support from Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) and Validus Capital, ASPRI organised its final seminar for the year on how to grow business capital further. Along with Mr. Kan, Mr. Anand Periwal, Head of Partnerships of Validus Capital and Ms. Ginnie Chin, CEO of Culum Capital shared with seminar attendees on how business financing has evolved for SMEs over the years. Members are no longer tied down to traditional ways as they were introduced to various means of financing such as Supply Chain Finance.

Lastly, Mr. Dennis Kuah, Deputy Director, Financing Ecosystem Division from Enterprise Singapore (ESG) presented on the Enterprise Financing Scheme, set to launch on 29 October with the aim of keeping the process scheme application simple.

We would like to thank all members who took the time to attend the event and hope they will be able to use their new financial knowledge to make more effective decisions.

ASPRI looks forward to organising more insightful seminars in 2020.
