Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) is a career conversion programme targeted at mid-career Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs), to undergo skills conversion and transit into new occupations or sectors that have good prospects and opportunities for progression. The programme helps companies in the Process Construction and Maintenance (PCM) industry recruit experienced PMETs and train them for the new roles.
The Association of Process Industry (ASPRI) has been appointed to facilitate the programme and customise training courses that reskill PMETs with the necessary competencies.
