13 January 2021, Singapore - As more and more companies are digitising their work operations to increase productivity and streamline processes, ASPRI and Inecom has partnered up to organise a webinar titled, “SAP Business One – Digital Adoption & Productivity Improvements for the Process Industry”.
With Inecom being the one-stop solution provider for SAP Business One (SAP B1) ERP, the webinar aimed to show how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Process Industry can adopt the software to improve traceability, forecasting and maximise productivity.
Mr Ronan Byrne, Managing Director of Inecom, opened the webinar by introducing Inecom and explaining the usage of SAP B1. It is a powerful ERP software solution that offers companies an affordable way to automate and manage their entire business – from CRM, sales and services to distribution, manufacturing and finance operations.
Mr Byrne added that SAP B1 allows executives and managers to have real-time access to their business data via a web browser, mobile device or traditional client-server access. With features like exception alerts, electronic approvals, workflow management, dashboard and KPI reporting, SAP B1 helps companies see clearly and react quickly. The self-service analytics tools make it possible for operational users to access, transform and visualise data in real time.
Following the introduction, Mr Ricky Apriady, Project Manager of Inecom, gave an in-depth demonstration of SAP B1. During his demonstration, he covered the various key features of SAP B1 which include Recipe / Bill of Materials Management, Quality Control, IoT Tracking and Traceability, Inventory Management, Project Management, Costing and Billing, Machine / Plant Service Management and Company Analytics and Business Intelligence.
After Mr Apriady’s demonstration, Mr Byrne touched on the pre-approved packages approved by Productivity Solution Grant (PSG) and as well as other grants that are covered by SAP B1.
The webinar then transited into a Q&A session where attendees managed to ask questions and clarify their concerns about SAP B1.
ASPRI would like to thank both our members and Inecom for making this webinar possible. We hoped the attendees found it to be beneficial and valuable.
